This site is designed to provide access to all of the binaries posted on Usenet. These binaries originate from private individuals and companies all over the world. It is transported around the world by a huge network of inter-connected Usenet Servers owned by companies like: Usenet Access , The Newsgroups , and Newshosting.com . I do not create any of the binaries contained on Usenet and I have no control over what is posted to Usenet.

Binaries on this site are sorted by people that I call content editors. The editors categorize the binaries based on the site guidelines which are listed here. I provide two different types of accounts on my servers. The first type of account is for family friendly binaries, such as pictures of nature, cars, people with their clothes on, etc. This service is not supposed to contain any content which I have declared unacceptable in my guidelines. The second type of account is for adult users of the site. This service contains images of a more sexual nature, and users must be at least 18 years of age and are required to verify their age by paying with a valid credit card as proof of their age. Neither of these accounts should contain any illegal materials.

I make every reasonable effort to ensure that all of the binaries on my site are filtered based on the content type. And, I have guidelines in place for my content editors to help ensure that images are filtered so that adult content is only available to people that are age verified. The basic rule for whether or not a binary is offensive is whether I think it is appropriate for a child to see (especially MY child). However, because of the large volume of binaries received, and because some of the editors interpret things in different ways, it is not possible for me to guarantee that no adult content will appear to the family-oriented accounts. Also, since obscenity and the definition of "offensive" varies from person to person, I can not promise to never offend anyone.

It is possible that some of the material on this site may be considered offensive or possibly even illegal in some states and countries. I make reasonable efforts to prevent this, and also provide an easy way to allow users to recommend that an image be reviewed again to make sure that an editor didn't make a mistake when they approved it.

I DO NOT TOLERATE child pornography. If you find any binaries that contain any child pornography, Contact Me.

If someone tells me that an binary contains child pornography (or any illegal activity), I can remove it from my servers and prevent the exact same binary from being made available on my servers ever again. However, Usenet, as stated above, is a world-wide distributed network of servers. I cannot remove these binaries from anybody elses servers.
